Love, at its core, is a game of choices — some paths lead to unexpected adventures, while others guide us to soul-stirring romance. Inspired by the charm of luck and the power of destiny in love, we crafted a wedding that embodies both luxury and elegance for the beautiful couple, Kaido and Mai. Their celebration was designed with the timeless sophistication of the old money elite, wrapped in an atmosphere of opulence, nostalgia, and intimacy.
Decoration
The entire wedding space was thoughtfully curated in a warm beige and deep crimson color palette — a perfect blend that spoke of both subtle luxury and passionate romance. Soft, flowing beige silk fabric created a classic backdrop, casting a gentle warmth across the venue. The ambiance was elevated by the delicate glimmer of candlelight and the shimmer of crystal chandeliers, adding a touch of glamour that felt both refined and inviting.

To introduce a sense of drama and bold elegance, we incorporated red velvet drapery as rich accents throughout the venue. Complementing these were lush floral arrangements in varying shades of red — roses, calla lilies, anthuriums, and even clusters of deep red grapes, creating a scene reminiscent of an opulent European banquet.

The dining space was designed in a grand rectangular layout, with a striking red heart-shaped stage positioned at the center. When viewed from above, the overall layout resembled the Ace of Hearts playing card — a subtle yet meaningful nod to the couple’s personalities. This design choice wasn’t just aesthetic; it reflected Kaido and Mai’s shared love for games of luck and strategy like poker and blackjack. For them, these games aren’t merely a pastime — they symbolize connection, playfulness, and the bonds they share with their loved ones. This heartfelt symbolism was woven seamlessly into their wedding narrative.
Activities
To make the celebration more interactive and personal, we introduced a series of playful activities inspired by the couple’s shared interests. Upon arrival, each guest received a random playing card from a classic deck — a small gesture that hinted at surprises to come. Among the guests, three lucky individuals who received specific cards — one King of Hearts and two Ace of Hearts — were declared the winners of a secret game. Together, these cards spelled out “K + A + A,” cleverly representing the initials of Kaido and Mai, turning a simple icebreaker into a touching tribute to their love story.

At the guest welcome area, we also set up a heartfelt station for well wishes. Instead of the traditional guestbook, guests were invited to write their messages for the bride and groom directly onto playing cards, which were elegantly displayed on a custom poker table — merging sentiment with style in a uniquely personal way.
Attire
Staying true to the theme of classic sophistication, we curated wedding attire for Kaido and Mai that was luxurious without being ostentatious — perfectly aligned with the understated elegance of old-money aesthetics.
Kaido, the groom, wore a sleek and simple black tuxedo that highlighted his handsome features while maintaining a refined charm. His look was clean, tailored, and effortlessly graceful — exactly how he wanted to feel on the most important day of his life.
Mai, the bride, had two stunning outfits designed for the occasion. For the ceremony and vow exchange, she wore an A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline, crafted from delicate lace that flowed gracefully from bodice to train. A matching lace-trimmed veil completed her look, enhancing her natural poise and highlighting her elegant shoulders — a picture of classic bridal beauty.
For the after-party, Mai changed into a second dress — one that allowed her more freedom to dance and enjoy the evening. It was still strapless, maintaining the continuity of her bridal style, but this time with a daring slit that showcased her long legs and brought a modern flair to her timeless look. It was playful, bold, and full of joy — just like the celebration itself.
